Q1: Can MAC system use this 40Gbps 4-channel HDMI capture card?

The system must be WIN10/WIN11. MAC is not supported.

Q2: Does the capture card have to be connected to a power supply before it can be used?

Yes! The capture card needs to be connected to a supporting power supply. (Power supply included in the product)

Q3: Why do I experience lag in the capture card?

1. Go to other software to add screens to see if the situation is the same.

2. After the laptop is connected to the power supply, connect it to the capture card for use.
