Q1. Will the product affect WiFi signal?

1. The WiFi signal source of the Mac mini M4 is located at the bottom of the device, and ACASIS Mac mini M4 Workstation features a specially designed hollow structure that perfectly aligns with the Mac mini M4’s bottom, minimizing any interference with WiFi signals.

2. USB 3.1 devices can produce electromagnetic radiation during operation, which may interfere with nearby WiFi signals, potentially causing unstable connections or reduced speeds.
3. When two or more 10Gbps hard drives are not connected to the USB-A 3.1 port, WiFi interference is minimal (connecting a mouse or keyboard will not cause interference). If you need to use all USB-A 3.1 ports with hard drives simultaneously, we recommend using Ethernet.

Q2. Does the product come with a power supply? Is it required to connect power for operation?

Yes, a 30W PD power adapter is included with the product. This power supply provides supplementary power to the expansion dock, particularly when using high-power devices or multiple devices simultaneously. For usage of only some ports, the product can function normally without connecting the external power supply.

Q3. Why is my DP interface monitor not working? I tried DP to HDMI adapters and cables but still no signal?

DP (DisplayPort) to HDMI (female port) has no video signal, usually because the two signal protocols of DP and HDMI are incompatible and cannot be simply converted directly. Additionally, many adapters are passive and incompatible.

Quick Solution:
Use an ”Active DP to HDMI Adapter“, this converts the signal properly.

If still not working:
1. Update graphics drivers, download latest from your GPU manufacturer
2. Try different DP port, use another DP port on your computer if available
3. Check display settings, ensure external monitor is detected in display settings
4. Test connections, verify HDMI monitor works with other devices
