Q1: Is there anything I need to pay attention to when installing a capture card?

1. The product must be installed with the computer turned off.

2. Installation with the computer turned on will cause damage to the motherboard. Please be sure to install it with the computer turned off.

3. The built-in capture card requires a driver to be used.

4. The SDI interface is very similar to the AHD interface, so please be sure to confirm the interface in advance.

Q2: Why does the capture card screen stuttering?

1. Check whether the input resolution is supported by the capture card.

2. Check whether the computer memory is sufficient. You can add a memory stick and try again.

Q3: Why does the computer only recognize one capture card when multiple capture cards are installed?

To use multiple cards in one machine, you need to turn the dial on each capture card to set it to the corresponding 2-card, 3-card, or 4-card mode. Please check whether the dial code is adjusted correctly.
